Detroit River Watershed Cleanups

Join Essex Region Conservation and Detroit River Canadian Cleanup staff as well as community partners and volunteers on Saturday April 12 2025 from 10am to 12pm for a litter cleanup in the Sandwich community of Windsor! Registration is required, as spots are limited due to high interest.  

The event will take place rain or shine. It will only be cancelled the morning of, due to inclement weather. An e-mail for cancellation will be sent out to the registration contact. If you are registering for groups, please reach out to your members to let them know of any changes.

Event Headquarters

Meet us at the large green space off Wilkinson Lane (surrounded by Russell Street, South Street and Wilkinson Lane). Plan to park on neighbouring streets.
